   It bothered me when Naomi said, "It's over, Brian" so forcefully right after Lisa found out that he'd known they were biological half-siblings before they got married.  Very judgmental and seems to overstep their bounds as doctors.  I thought they should have given the couple time alone and for Lisa to react to that news and decide how she felt.  Especially because they'd both decided that they wanted to stay together when they first found out and understood that they'd never be able to have kids together.  Yes, they should give them time to process it all, but shouldn't it ultimately be their decision if they want to remain a couple?  It's not like they were raised together as brother and sister.

   Weren't Naomi and Addison imposing their own disgust at the idea of incest on the couple when they basically told them they had no choice but to break up?  Is it that different than respecting the right of gay people to be together even if someone finds it personally disgusting?

   Does that seem like an outrageous, disgusting position to take?
