Tonight, on an all-new episode of Private Practice, Addison treats a pair of pregnant women who unknowingly share the same husband. Seriously.

Elsewhere, a visit from an Alzheimer's patient and her husband forces Sam and Naomi to continue their ongoing look at their own relationship.

Also, Violet confronts Charlotte about her relationship with Cooper, while Dell reveals a very special woman in his life to his surprised co-workers.

Kate Walsh partied at Tao in Las Vegas over the weekend, helping the club celebrate its third anniversary - and former Grey's Anatomy co-star Ellen Pompeo celebrate her first! It was also Ellen's 39th birthday - makes remembering the date easier.

Pete: Personally, I enjoy tradtional thumb wrestling, but if this is how you do it in the jungle, who am I to judge?

TV Guide reports that Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice will be teaming up for a new, multi-episode crossover story for February sweeps.

The Grey's Anatomy actor(s) involved has yet to be announced, but Kate Walsh's Dr. Addison Montgomery will again visit ol' Seattle Grace.

Addison returned for an episode of Grey's Anatomy last spring after bolting for L.A. and Private Practice after the end of the third season.

What brings Addison (Kate Walsh) back to Grey's Anatomy this time?

What regular(s) from Seattle Grace might show up at Oceanside Wellness Center? Walsh personally is hoping for her former love interest Mark Sloan (Eric Dane), saying, "It'd be fun to have him cause some trouble!"

Private Practice star Tim Daly gives a good interview.

We saw that earlier. Now he's dishing on some spoilers - some of the things we can expect going forward - in a brief Q&A with E! Online ...

E!: What can we expect from Pete's renewed relationship with Jayne Brook's character, Meg?

Tim Daly: We can expect sex. We can expect conflict. I think we can expect to learn maybe that Pete - whether he's conscious of it or not - may be ready to have something a little more significant than the flings he's had in the past.

E!: Will we see more of Pete and Addy's plan to be "old friends"?

Tim Daly: You know, not to sound like I'm critical of the show, but I just don't believe that! First of all, when have Pete and Addison (Kate Walsh) been friends? All we did was make out and then ignore each other. I want to see this friendship. I haven't seen this friendship. I don't believe that they're friends. I also think they're harboring something deep down that's a lot more than buddies, so I'm just waiting for it to emerge. This friend stuff? That I'm not so sure about.

E!: Pete has this hidden past in Western medicine! What does that mean for his future?

On ABC's Private Practice, new light is being shed on Oceanside Wellness' medicine man, Pete Wilder (Tim Daly). Below, Daly speaks to TV Guide about his character and all things transpiring in Season 2 of Private Practice ...

TVGuide.com: I have to say, it's good to see Pete doing something with another woman these days, instead of working the Addison thing so intently.

Tim Daly: The Addison thing, it just seemed unrealistic to me. They're adults, so if they're not going to get it on, move on. When you reach a certain age and two people are attracted to one another, it's like, "This ain't high school, so what's the impediment? Let's go!"

TVG: That said, I have to wonder just how good desk sex can be in the middle of a quiet, Zen workplace.

Tim Daly: Well, I actually had to-

TVG: What, research that?

Tim Daly: No, I've had sex on a desk, and the only thing that's unrealistic is that people have sex on a desk for like 20 seconds, until somebody says, "Ow!" They bump their shin or their knee....

TVG: Or a paperweight goes somewhere it shouldn't.

Tim Daly: ... or the spindle where you put your receipts. [Private Practice creator] Shonda Rhimes must really like having sex on desks, because there's been a lot of sweeping stuff off desks. And there's more where that came from!
